Obituary for Nadia Jenae Davidson

Nadia Jenae Davidson, age 19, of Nokesville, Virginia, died as a result of injuries sustained in a car accident the morning of February 14, 2019. Nadia was born in Fairfax, Virginia on June 10, 1999.

She graduated from Osbourn Park High School in Manassas, Virginia in 2017 where she played basketball and lacrosse. She was a sophomore at Louisburg College in Louisburg, North Carolina studying computer science.

Nadia loved basketball, her family and friends, and God. An avid basketball fanatic from a young age, Nadia fulfilled her dream of playing college basketball at Coppin State University and then at Louisburg College. She was fiercely loyal and always ready to lend an ear or a helping hand when needed. She was also passionate about suicide prevention and depression awareness. With her infectious smile, goofy sense of humor, and compassionate heart she was loved by so many. She loved to laugh and her laugh was contagious. Hopefully heaven is ready for how much louder it will be with her there!

She is survived by a very large, close family, extended family and friends that love her and will miss her dearly.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 23, 2019 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Chapel Springs Assembly of God, 11500 New Life Way, Bristow, VA 20136. A celebration of Nadia’s life will begin at 11:00 in the church sanctuary with Pastor Allen Perdue officiating.

Interment will be private and take place at a later date.

Memorial contributions may take the form of a donation to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, Manassas Branch, 9501 Dean Park Lane, Manassas, VA 20110.
